MONTHLY:
- Monitor of a sample of active and discharged patient charts
- Monitoring / aggregation / trending of indicators with established targets
- Establish performance improvement plans for correction of identified areas in collaboration with Agency staff
- Develop monthly QAPI report with recommendations to management
QUARTERLY:
- Monitor / trend / aggregate mandatory logs: patient infections, incident reports, complaints, satisfaction surveys
- Educate staff on areas that are out of compliance and/or new regulations
- Completion of quarterly report for the QAPI Committee
BI-ANNUALLY:
- Audit a sample of personnel files with recommendations as needed
ANNUALLY:
- Complete annual QA plan with identified indicators and annual QAPI summary
- Assist with Annual Agency Evaluation completion
- Review of Emergency Preparedness plan for completion and annual drills with evaluation to the Board of Directors
- Review of annual required meeting minutes
